ATS Difference: ATS University and Development

The ATS University was launched in November 2002 to develop training programs that would help our leaders ripen their leadership skills.  The mission of the ATS University is to provide innovative training courses that will maintain a work environment with high morale, create more stability, improve safety, and encourage others to develop his/her own leadership skills to be prepared for future promotions.

Our instructor, Shanda Holloway, continues to receive rave reviews not only because of the way she teaches, but also the way the class is designed.
